All orders are screened for fraud before processing. Your Discount Store uses anti-fraud processors. All orders will be shipped to Moneybookers or Google Checkout or Nochex billing account address only. We have and will pursue legal action for all fraudulent activities.

Please allow up to 1-4 working days for delivery to mainland UK addresses.

Please note: that the UK and National holidays & Royal Mail Strikes can slow the overall delivery time, especially during Christmas. Your Discount Store is not taking any responsibilities for delay of your delivery, as Royal Mail/Parcel Force and other carries cannot guarantee the delivery times. In the event of a non-delivery we can only replace or refund the order after 15 working days when the Post Office is happy to classify the parcel as lost. Alternatively, we can send a replacement immediately if additional payment is made where upon the original purchase can be refunded after the 15 days has elapsed. This way you are not inconvenienced by being without your delivery. Your Discount Store cannot be held responsible for the late/loss of delivery.

If your are supplied us with incorrect address of delivery or you missed delivery and ignored the notification about delivery of your goods, you will be offered the following options:
1) refund of the goods only as delivery failed due to your fault;
2) pay again for re-delivery of your items;

Depending on the stock availability the items will be posted to the UK & Worldwide (excluding China & Japan). Thanks for shopping with Your Discount Store.

Delivery Costs

We use only Recorded Delivery to have 100% rate of delivery.

Returns
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, return your unopened, unused, sealed product within 7 days for a refund. Product must be in its original packaging & as sold: sealed, unopened, unused. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge. We do not refund our shipping cost. We do not refund the cost of returning the items to us. Individual returns policies my apply on certain products - see product description. Refunds beyond the 14 day period are at our discretion. We will not refund on goods which are returned in an unsaleable condition , this includes the condition of the product packaging.

Very Important: You must quote your order number with the item otherwise we are unable to trace your payment for refund.

For hygiene resons we are unable to accept returns on close fitting items (e.g. shirts) if they have been removed from the packaging.

We cannot accept returns from outside the UK unless by prior arrangement.

Sales, clearance and discontinued items cannot be returned & no refunds. All sales are final.
